ElumTools Support Policy

We currently maintain ElumTools 2017, 2016 and 2015. They are functionally identical. We are no longer able to maintain versions 2014, 2013 and 2012. Support for these versions is limited to known issues and work-arounds.

All users with a current ElumTools subscription are eligible for technical support as follows:

  • Email – each license (seat) is allowed an unlimited number of email support incidents.
  • Telephone (303-972-8852) – each license (seat) is allowed 5 incidents at no cost. Telephone support incidents thereafter may be purchased through our E-Store.

Users without subscription have the following options:

  • Email – each license (seat) is allowed an unlimited number of email support incidents.
  • Please use our Knowledgebase resource.
  • Telephone support can be purchased on a per incident basis in our E-Store.
